- $101,420 to PelotonU to provide general operating support for the organization while they undergo review and revision of their financial, strategic, and compensation systems to better reflect their values of equity and inclusion as they expand statewide to offer working adults a pathway and the support to graduate from college.
- $94,000 to Texas Appleseed to steer the implementation of Pell grant reinstatement for incarcerated Texans toward the principles of access, quality, and equity through research, advocacy, and coalition building.
- $195,775 to San Jacinto College District to expand student support services at the college by supporting peer-to-peer mentoring focused on the mental wellbeing of specific student populations, providing training to faculty on mental health issues, and increasing awareness of campus resources and availability of mental health counseling through expanded, non-traditional hours.
